To the best of our research, this scarfed version of Penguin Pete was exclusive to the 1967/68 season, and our aquatic flightless friend has been unscarfed ever since. The early-style, shockingly clean, 29"-long pennant is a must-have for the die-hard Pens' fan or collector. NM condition.
