Description

Co-founded by Arnold Palmer in 1959, the Laurel Valley Golf Club hosted the PGA Championship in 1965, and the Ryder Cup in 1975. The latter of these two important tournaments comes into play here, with this set of (3) 1975 Ryder Cup ticket stubs. Under non-playing captain Palmer, the U.S. team put on a dominant three-day performance, for a 21-11 win over the Great Britain and Ireland team. Featured stubs are: 9/19 (VG), 9/20 (FR), and 9/21 (VG-EX+).
