We're pleased to offer two extreme-rarity signatures in this auction—both being 19th-century ballplayers who cannot be officially authenticated by JSA because no autograph file exists for either one! The first, presented here, is pitcher Gentleman George Haddock (1866-1926) who posted 34 wins for the Boston Reds in 1891 and 29 wins for the Brooklyn Grooms in 1892. Haddock later became a wealthy businessman (

He died of an apparent heart attack at age 59. The unsigned Massachusetts court filing from 4/22/26 also accompanies.
