Cast the winning vote for this 1932 U.S. Caramel Co. Presidents near set of (27/31). No need for debate, as all (27) cards in this stately offering are graded by PSA. Starting with Founding Father George Washington, this series ran through to Franklin D. Roosevelt, who was newly elected to office at the time of issue in 1932. This set was designed with portrait images set against either red, orange or blue background colors, and all of the cards in this near set are red or orange types.
