In their final season as co-habitants of the Polo Grounds, the Giants and Yankees opened the 1922 Fall Classic with the Giants first in alternating “host” assignments. Encapsulated and assessed “Authentic” by PSA, this ticket was issued for that series opener in Harlem as the Giants tallied three times in the 8th inning to take a 1-0 lead in games. One of six at its tier with only three graded higher, the “Upper Stand” voucher features prints seating/event details and the facsimile signature of Giants owner Charles Stoneham.
